Employee Information Export Report

The Employee Information Export Report has been added to the Employee Reports menu:

This report lets you retrieve employee data in a flat file format that easily can be read, manipulated and audited.

The data that appears in the flat file is based on or before the selected As of Date.

Use the Select by drop-down to run the report for selected benefit groups, departments or a particular employee.

Selecting Benefit Group in the drop-down enables the Benefit Groups and Employee Status tabs below:

The tabs contain multi-select list boxes for focusing the report results.

Department enables the Departments and Employee Status tabs:

Employee enables the Employee field only:

Available selections in the list boxes come from the following locations:

  • Benefit Groups: All benefit groups, regardless of status, are available for selection.
  • Departments: Departments tab of Process Manager (Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Process Manager).
  • Employee Status: Validation set 38, Employee Statuses (Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > System > Validation Sets > Validation Set List).

After your selections have been made, click Print to generate a grid of the data:

Note: Clicking Print without making a selection on the page retrieves employee data for all benefit groups, departments and employee statuses as of today, the default As of Date.

Using the column filters, you may filter the data as necessary, then click the Feature chooser icon in a column header to export the data to Excel and manage it from there:

Note: Updates made in Workforce Administration the day the report is run will not be part of the exported data.

Note: This report is designed to print the data from most fields in Workforce. Use Process Manager to limit the departments included, Permissions to limit the sections and Field-Level Security to limit field data.
